Within the contents of the INTRODUCTION the Bank of Canada is effectively saying that a large part of it's role is that of PROPAGANDA.

"Invest in the creation, monitoring and projection of economic information"

PUKE. Fuck Mark Carney and this lot. At the very least the jobs themselves should be eliminated.

PS; anyone who reads this (people like AF come to mind) - PLEASE CAPTION this post.
